Splash Screen Question

Does anyone know if the code, or Widget, for the Tabbed Splash Screen (Shown above) on this site is available (Open Source)?

I think it looks real nice, just wondering if there is way to recreate it for the WebMap I am making in WAB DE 2.0 without having to write the code from scratch.

Larry Converted his CMV - Configurable Map Viewer  help widget to WAB.

Do I need to download the CMV or is there a way where I can just download his help widget? I did not see the his help/splash screen widget in the list of widgets used in the CMV.

I think that is where you want to start for WAB de.

Look at the "About" tab after acknowledging the Disclaimer.

Looks like a lot of work to try and figure it out, but at least I have a direction to go.
