Related Attributes not appearing in pop-up

I've configured my pop-up to show attributes from several related tables.  Some of the tables are 1-1 and other 1-M, so I know in some cases I should get counts and in other cases that actual attribute.  The problem is none of the related records are showing in the pop-up.  I know the relationships work, because when I click on Show Related Records, just the related values appear in the table.  Has anyone ever run into this?  I've included screen shots below. Thanks
