In other words, how do we make LiDAR give live feed data to a continuously refreshing program/application? We have considered the boolean method, but have heard from reliable sources that it doesn't work well with ArcGIS. We've also heard that there's middle man sources that traverse the space between sensor data and ArcGIS mapthat dispalys the data. What is the name/are the names of that software, and what are the steps we should take to move forward?
