Streets appear to be white after applying rules?

When I applied complete Streets rule http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=863f4e7139314101a5cee1d7cde079d9, and hit generate, the streets just appeared to be white (picture below.) Can someone help me with this? @David Wasserman

Are you applying this to CAD Polygons? The complete street as it stands now only operates on centerlines (Street Graphs).

Oh I see.... No I'm not using CAD but polygon from ArcGIS. Maybe I am be able to extract their centerlines in ArcGIS..

You can also just draw streets using the editing tools if using the centerlines is too much of a hassle. I sometimes do this for small scenes.
