Web survey would not download

Hello

I've created a web survey and was trying to download it to Survey123 Connect but it would not complete the download, it just stays stuck on "downloading" , could you please advise?

The error is apparently on the ArcGIS Online side.  If you're proficient in network debugging, I would try to access the items using the REST URL directly using a valid token and either your browser or a dedicated application like Postman.
