I am linked to 2 portals from my Survey123 Connect, both federated with datastore. I am able to publish successfully to the first one (stg) but the second portal (dev) I recently added will stall with "Updating service details" during publishing. The folder is added to my second portal with proper naming convention and the feature service can be found in the fold but the form never gets loaded.
I assume I should not have issues pointing surveys to different locations. I am able to created a hosted feature service from within my dev portal (the one giving me problems).
