Can I change the geocoding placeholder text for a particular app?

Hello,

I'm trying to change the placeholder text 'Type Address Here' to 'Type Zip Code Here' only in a particular GeoForm app, but not all others.  

I couldn't find a way to do it through the application's configuration. Does it mean I have to do it under the Utility Services page in ArcGIS Online?  Since I don't want to change the wording for all other webmaps/apps, so I've tried to add another geocoder and have a different placeholder text for it. But after, is there a way to tell which geocoder to use for a particular webmap or webapp?

Is there a simpler way or there is no way to do it yet?
