I created a tabbed story map and would like to edit the panels using html. I know that I need to do click on the pencil to get into edit mode.. but there is no pencil in any corner of the text box. I have an edit button in the header and I can edit the map itself. I'm using Firefox. I tried it on Chrome and even I.E. 11 (I couldn't get it to edit anything there). I work for the government, so my system is pretty locked down. Am I missing something basic or do I need to get in touch with IT for some kind of add-in?
