I am having problems trying to find out how to configure a wms layer which can offer a photo in a popup window. I am using arcgis for server 10.3.1 enterprise and have included the path in the attribute table of the wms layer. In ArcGIS Online I am not able to configure the attribute table and the path to the photo is shown as text.
There must be a way to do this very simple operation!!
