How do I get the portal to serve locale specific content? We have a desktop application that connects to Esri's live Portal at http://ibm-esri-104.i2inc.org/arcgis/sharing/rest but we would like Brits to have access to British content, Italians to Italian content etc.
There are a number of tools that require the user to log in and change a profile setting, but we are just consuming map content at this point and not hitting the Esri per user login at all.
