I was able to add it to an immersive and sequential section (it isn't supported for the cover).
My suspicion is that it's not working for you because of a mixed content situation. If your Cascade builder is being accessed over https then you have to use https for any content you add to your story. Try using https://360.io/eNgaUr

I am guessing that that type of format is not supported in the cascade story map. How are you trying to link it? If it's just a hyperlink to the panoramic image itself, then it can be a linked url in the popup. Either way, I'm curious to hear what others say about this.

Did you basically just add this as a website? Or is there something special you need to do with these kind of panoramic images?
Hey Owen, yup, adding the "https://" prefix to the website address did the trick, and I now have the website embedded in the Story Map as you have it in your screencap. I am using https, and this was a mixed content issue. Thanks!
