I've went through all of the steps and it seems I've done everything correctly yet the extension does not appear in the Extension dialog box.

Because of it is properly registered and a local installation, it should be appearing in the Customize menu, Extensions option
Thanks for the prompt reply Dan. Yes, I'm realizing that it's an install issue but I'm working away from the office and do not have access to the install media - is there a way around this? Thanks.
I can't think of one, if you require physical media and you may have to be logged in to your machine it required admin permissions or your login
