Custom Print service with custom layouts - Legend issue

I need to create custom map service to include print customer specific layouts in WebAppBuilder. When I used out of the box print widget to print those layouts, everything is working well except Legend. Legend is not coming out correctly for PDF format. It is working well for other formats like JPEG/PNG. Please let me know if someone has experienced this problem before and know the workaround/solution.Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I had the same problem - you need to change the default printer paper size on the ArcGIS server to be larger than the paper size you are trying to print: http://support.esri.com/technical-article/000011636 This worked for me, although I have plenty of other issues trying to display feature service layers in my custom print services.
