ArcGIS Online Near Me Widget

I am having problems getting the "Near Me" widget to find locations within webapp builder. I selected a point layer (National Register of Historic Properties) and selected the buffer distance. However, every time I type in address I fet the message "Result(s) could not be found, even though there ARE results within the buffer distance. Any thoughts? I am also using the directions widget, which is working fine, so I don't think its a geocoder issue.

Hello, do you have a public service\map or application URL you are able to share? Are you seeing this when using any theme?

I had similar issue with this widget when I logged in AGOL. If I share the map/app/service to public, and open the app in a new private browser window, it works just fine. Not sure why though.
