Do story maps support Autoplay mode in Portal for ArcGIS v10.3.1?

Hi Bill,

Autoplay hasn't been added to the storytelling apps in Portal for ArcGIS yet (it was just added to ArcGIS Online in Q1 2016), but it should be in the next Portal release.
