My GeoEvent does not recognize the password, for no reason left to recognize it, ArcGis Server work without problem.
It is the second time it happens the same and only solved reinstalling server and geoevent.
I would appreciate any help.

I see you mentioned it happened twice about a year ago. Is this still an issue after you reinstalled server and geoevent?
