javascript municipal application

Hi,

I am new to JavaScript API and WAB. I am looking for a sample atlas application where I can connect my own peices ( basemap, search, etc). Any help is appreciated.

Could you also guide building application using WAB vs JS API. How I can put together my own design templates.

  Your question is not very clear. WAB is a configurable JS API app that is responsive and powerful. It is easy to configure using UI driven settings dialogs.
