can't clear chart or measure results

We have Portal 10.3.1 behind our firewall.  While using the Web App Builder, we cannot clear the results from charts or measure tool.  All of this worked for us at 10.3, but now the clear link is missing.  Anyone else having this issue, or know how to fix this?  Thanks
