Seems I cannot attach a file inside a reply to a thread. So, I am starting a new thread with the file you requested attached.

After clicking on add a comment, click on "Use advanced editor". Then you will be able to add attachments.

What a dumb way to attach something. I would have never known that. I was expecting to see "Attach" or "Attach File" icon or link somewhere in the lower right corner of the reply the same as it is when you start a new thread. Thanks, Tim.
