I am using in Survey123 this "select_one GroupName or other"
I want to change the label of the other field in the survey.
does anyone have an idea on how to do this?

That's a great question. I could not find a way to do this through the form and software. If you were to move this thread to the Survey123 for ArcGIS place, you will get more visibility there. I am tagging Ismael Chivite as well.
