We are using the Production Mapping Custom Steps to execute our data reviewer batch jobs through our workflows. We have found that when executed from the WMX Web Application, the step throws an error "Unable to execute the workflow step. Timeout exceeded"
This error is shown consistently, but sometimes the execution of the batch job completes successfully anyway. There are no errors reported in the ArcGIS Server logs for the WMX Services. Our WMX service timeout is set to 600 seconds. The step execution throws the error after less than two minutes of running.
