Signing add-ins after installing windows updates

Regarding of the discussion: "Can't sign add-in with ESRISignAddIn.exe version 10.2.2.3552 (solved)"

The windows update:

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS16-035 - Important

doesn't give  only a problem with the signing of an add-in but also that the signature isn't valid.

After install this update, our add-in gives this error message:

But it was signed by a valid certificate!

This is an important problem for us because we can not ask our customers to ignore some windows updates.

I hope, someone has a better solution for this problem.
