Hi,

I'm working on Citizen Problem Reporter application that I downloaded and put the copy of the code on the server.  All the services are hosted on AGOL.  I was asked to remove the splash page altogether so it does not required a citizen to log in (with a social media or guest account).  My management wants to be able to just access the reporter piece without going through the sign-in page.

Please, let me know if there is anything I can do to meet their request.
