Properly copied st_geometry.dll to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.0\lib

User has privileges required to create database objects.
Geodatabase admin user already exists.

Failed to execute (CreateEnterpriseGeodatabase).
The error message:
is informing you that a geodatabase admin user should be used, in this case, the postgres user. Are you using postgres user as "Database administrator" ?
