I can't add my map server into ArcGIS Online

Hello,

I have a cached map server.I can see in on Javascript api,google earth,arcmap etc.

The problem is I can't add this layer into ArcGIS online.There are something wrong with browser permissions.I allow all things to browser.When i do it I can see my layer on ArcGIS online.But when I want to make a web application via webapp builder i can't see my layer again.

Could you please help

Hi Berk,

What are your permissions set to? Have you tried to make your layer public and then check to see if it can be viewed in Web AppBuilder?

If that is not the case, you may want to look at the path of the layer to make sure it is pulling from an appropriate URL (sometimes, in the publishing process, the URL can get messed up and won't be displayed in all pages or in all applications).

Hi Berk,

Are you using Web AppBuilder within ArcGIS Online, or Web AppBuilder (developer edition)?  If you open the web console (hit F12 on your keyboard) and load the web application, are there any errors reported?
