The NAIP imagery that I have been getting from https://gdg.sc.egov.usda.gov/GDGOrder.aspx has 1 meter cell size, and this is a big disappointment to my users compared to what they see with Google Earth. Is there a source for 2015 photography for south central Washington State with better resolution? The basemap imagery from ESRI appears to have a better resolution than the downloaded 2015 NAIP, but the properties say NAIP 2013, Resolution(M)1. Did ESRI use some smoothing trick? I'd like to provide these users with a local copy of recent color photography because the internet speeds at their field office makes it difficult to use base maps from the web.
