Survey 123 error with Portal 10.4

hi

i got this message on my cell phone and my desktop when i tried on my cellphone, i'm using the las version in android and the pc also of srvey123.survey123 require that portal for arcgis or later and is configured with and hosted server and arcgis data store

i am using amazon ec2 windows 2012 , arcgis for server 10.4 and portal 10.4 any clue.

i create a test collector map and it works smooth

Same issue here. I have setup ArcGIS Portal / Server / Data Store / Managed Database (Sql Server Enterprise 2008 R2) all as required. But no in the end of lots of hours of work we get the message from Survey123 is "Survey123 requires ArcGIS Portal 10.3.1 or later with hosted database". Now i dont know what more is left to setup/configure from the buggy documentations. what blessings my environment is missing to start working

Did you ever get this work thru Portal?  We are having same issue once DataStore and Federating finished.
