I know it seems obvious, but is there really a difference between discussions and questions? As far as I can tell, the only difference is that for questions, one of the responses can be marked as an answer. Users seem to use them interchangeably by asking questions in discussions and discussing aspects of the software in questions.

Also, is it possible to set the content filter to have more than one content type? I have bookmarked my preferred set of filters, which I thought would give me all the current questions, but after the latest Geonet redesign, it seems to point to the discussions:

Changing it to questions gives me:

https://community.esri.com/content?filterID=all~objecttype~thread%5Bquestions%5D

Is it possible to set both?
