4.0 TOC

Somewhere I spotted an article/link that revealed when 4.0 is released it will have a nice, new TOC functionality design (dijit?) Not sure if was from a link in one of these discussions or somewhere else. Does anybody happen to know where this new 4.0 TOC was mentioned? I remember seeing an actual image of this new TOC.

Are you sure it was for 4.0, and not the LayerList widget that was introduced in 3.14?
