ArcGIS: Problem regarding authorization step, error message 7174

I´m facing problem regarding the authorization step in ArcGIS. I´m trying to install a student trial edition of ArcGIS 10.3.1 (12 months). I received the authorization key from my University.

 

Last year I also used four 60 days trial versions of ArcGIS. I was able to install the software then (on the same computer) without any problem. All those licenses are now expired and I can´t deauthorize them. Error 7466 appears: The return of fulfillment is denied by the return policy because max return exceeded. (Incident# 1634-69610106). I activated the first licence 6th of March 2015.

 

I received the EVA number from my University, however, when I try to authorize using the internet method, I receive the error message "7174: Only deployed entitlement line item can be fulfilled". I did activate the authorization number at the Esri website and followed the process as I was told to do.

 

What can I possibly do to fix this problem because I have to attend to a field on Monday morning?
