Watershed tool in arcgis online

is it possible to use your own DEM in arcgis online or desktop to create watersheds.  large watersheds seem to layout pretty close to the way we have laid them out but the smaller ones are not even close to what we had.

In Desktop, have you used the Watershed tool in Spatial Analyst? And how small is "small"?

i have not, I do not have that extension. Now I have used the one you can bring in from arcgis online. The tool works but the watershed it creates is totally different than the one that was created by our engineers.  By small watershed we have some that may only be 100 acres Some are larger small could be smaller. I just wanted to see how these would compare to the ones they had created.
