Max records returned in eSearch widget

Is there a way to change the max number of records returned from 1000 to around 10,000. 10k would be better when users export their report to csv.

   Yes this is something you can configure on your ArcGIS Server Service (it has nothing to do with the eSearch widget though). You need to seriously consider the impact of returning ten times the data when it comes to the times required to send and process the data from ArcGIS Server. The default is 1000 for performance reasons.
