Update Shortlist to current release

How do I update my existing Shortlist Story Map to the current release?

How did you create the story map?

did you download it and put it on your own server?

Or did you got to ArcGIS online and create one from there?

I guess that's what confuses me. I did download it and put it on our server, but I do all of the content updating from ArcGIS.

So what you would need to do,

Download the updated version and do everything you did to set it up initially.

Configure the app (add the app ID). Replace the old folder with the new one.

I would copy the old folder and rename it just in case the new app does not work right away.

Thanks for the help Rickey. It didn't work exactly right, so I think there are probably things that I modified in the code that I will have to go back thru and find to make it behave the way my current one does.
