Spatial Adjustment Attribute Transfer Tool 'Transfer Geometry' causes copy/paste attributes to only transfer geometry

I have found that if you have spatial adjustment set up with the 'Transfer Geometry' option selected, if you are working in the unaffiliated (standard)  attribute window trying to copy and paste attributes from one feature to another, it will NOT transfer any attributes and WILL ONLY transfer the geometry.

I ended up with 7 of the same feature, minus the attributes.

This may affect copy and paste attribute/geometry as well, but I do not have time to test that.
