Hi,
I am trying to create a tool that will create a polygon from the perimeter of images that the user can select in a dialog. I have never worked with imagery or rasters before, any suggestions on where to get started? Is there a tool that exists already to do this? I haven't been able to find anything similar in my research so far but I imagine this must have been done already.
