hi all, thanks for any help....

I have big dollar values in my data which will appear in the labels; some will be in the hundreds of thousands, some will be in the millions.  I've been asked to label then with suffixes depending on their amount:

$945728.73 should appear as $946M (in the hundreds of thousands)

$1726538.34 should appear as $1.7MM (in the millions)

so I have two questions; how to format the label depending on the value, and, how to round it the way I've show above.

I'm ok with simple vb label rounding, ie. round(value,2), easy, but I'm way out of my depth with this and the conditional formatting, can anyone guide me?
