After closing the ArcMap gives a message of serios error when only have the internet connectivity

This error is only appearing when connected to the internet. After exit from ArcMap gives the serious error message.but when the internet connectivity is not there , this is not coming. I have renamed the normal.mxd and tried but same result and also renamed the ESRI folder in AppData but same result.
