Collector app seems to syncs features but they do not reach ArcGIS Server

I am having issue with offline editing in Collector app. For online editing both AGOL, and collector app both work fine. Then I downloaded the web map in collector app and after adding few features when I tried to sync. Collector syncs the updates (without any error message, sync bar goes to 40% then disappears and show like sync is complete), but they never reach to Server.

I am using ArcGIS Server 10.3.1

Could you set server logging level to debug and see if you can spot any errors reported back when you sync?

Hi Miaogeng,

The feature service I am using for testing is:

Feature service url:

https://gis.wsask.ca/gisednarcgisserver/rest/services/testClass/FeatureServer/0

(sync enabled, ArcGIS Server 10.3.1)

Can you please try adding it in one of your web maps on AGOL and see if you

can do offline editing by using ArcGIS Collector app.

I don't the the logs you put. Did you forget to paste the log here?

I can't even do online editing in AGOL with the service. How about share your map to a group and invite the account Collector4ArcGIS into it?
