GeoNet Menus Not Displaying Properly

I'm not sure if this is a problem with our network setup or browser but we have problems viewing GeoNet pages in both Firefox (v35) and IE11.  The majority of content seems to display properly but on a lot of the menus we seem to get placeholder text (mostly starting with a k and followed by about 4 other characters).  It can make it a bit confusing to work with the site as we have to hover over menus and check the URL to work out what it is!
