KML Conversion Quality Issues

What would the preferred settings be for the highest quality kml?
For reference, I'm working with agricultural fields of about 150acres that we are using 50cm pansharpened satellite data. With that 50cm pansharpened data, we are doing a vegetation analysis and clipping to the field boundary.
This output is then converted into a kml file to be viewed on google earth.
I have noticed a loss in quality in this transformation and was wondering what settings would be best to carry over the highest quality resolution in this conversion. An easy way to tell this quality loss is in tree crops.

I've adjusted the settings in the conversion tool, but it only seems to make the file larger with no enhancement in visual quality.
Any suggestions would be appreciated...thanks!
