10.2.6 Gray Map, is there another fix?

Hello All,

I read about disabling Hardware Acceleration for graphics card, but the pc I in wich I have my app, does not allow me to disable this.  Graphic card is an Intel (R) Q35 express chipset.

Is there another fix to gray maps besides disabling hardware acceleration?
