How to open in Javascript - dynamically - A points with the ability to seize events such as clicking or mouseOVER on the  point - and opening  the info window

I'd like to bump this question.

Will there be additional events in later versions of the API (such as mouseover) available for features and graphics? Currently, the view only has a click event.
