Hi John,

Here are some other GeoNet discussing this same question:

Is it possible to georectify a raster image in ArcGIS Pro?

Georeferencing in ArcGIS pro

It looks like the full functionality is not there yet........

Hope this help.

Thanks you much, George!

Looks like I’ll go back to using 10.3, and give ArcPro a year or two before I drive back into it.

Hey John, I think ArcMap and Pro are best used together. You can use ArcMap to author data and maps you can then import or use them in Pro. It sounds like this will be true for quite a while... this was certainly the case as we transitioned from old ArcInfo Workstation to ArcMap.

Thank you very much Curtis!  I reloaded 10.3.1 and will be using both ESRI products during project production.

ArcGIS Pro version 1.4 now has a georeferencing tool.  http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/imagery/georeferencing-tools.htm
