I am trying to add analysis tools to the public web application I created with ArcGIS online, but they are not available unless I log into my organizational account. This doesn't make sense... Is it possible to open certain ArcGIS Online Analysis tools for everyone? I understand that people need to store their temporary data, but they should be able to use their public ArcGIS online account for that.
