ArcMap crashes(The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.)

Hi,

I have created toolbar using Arc objects.

When i opened Arc map(not as Administrator), Arc Map crashes suddenly.

If i open the Arc map as Administrator, it is not crashing....

Please can any one advice me as my users don't have Admin rights.....
