Image Server - Color Displayed Incorrectly

I have an image service built that incorporates imagery from several different sensors and dates (both multispec and pan). Some of the imagery I've noticed when ingested turns turquoise or green and white. However, when it's brought into an ArcMap session on an individual basis it displays correctly.

Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it?

Can you tell us more about your configuration?  It's hard to advise w/o knowing how your data and service are configured.

What software version?

I assume you're using a Mosaic Dataset?  You mention different sensors - can you confirm you used the appropriate RasterType for each (e.g. IKONOS, GeoEye1, Landsat etc. all require different RasterTypes to properly configure the metadata when imagery is ingested into the Mosaic Dataset).

You say imagery is turquoise/green "when ingested" - do you mean "when image service is added into ArcMap"?  but when the Mosaic Dataset is added into ArcMap (not using the image service) it looks okay?

Thanks
