Want to know if others are using Windows Server 2012 cluster fileshare

We are running ArcGIS 10.3.1

When we are working on a Windows Server 2012 cluster files-hare we are having problems with a feature class suddenly does not draw or the attribute table is blank.  We save the mxd and then go back in and all is well.  Then after “X” amount of time a different or same feature class suddenly quits working.

Sometimes we get one of these error messages:  “General Function Failure….  or “One or more layers failed to draw….”.

We do not have this problem on a Window Server 2012 non-cluster files-share.

So we are wanting to know if there are others using a cluster file-share.  Are you having any problems? If so what did you do to fix the problems?

Note:  None of the feature class names begin with a number, nor are any of the feature classes a selection or a selected set or a definition query.
