When i create a tile layer from a layer service ("submit"), the symbology of the tile layer is unique and blue. How can I have the same symbology as my feature layer (brown renderer)?
I would open the feature layer in ArcGIS Online and change the style of your feature layer to a blue renderer under the single symbol. This link should take you to the section of the doc that will explain how you can do this.
