It is my understanding that you cannot publish a geoprocessing service with ArcGIS Online and only with ArcGIS for Server. We would love to utilize the Public Land Use Notification tool but cannot get past this step not having ArcGIS Server. Is there a way around this? Is this functionality that could be incorporated in future releases?
