Has anyone noticed that after the recent ArcGIS Online update that the color and placement/anchor options for text/labels (added to the map viewer as 'map notes') are no longer available?
I've checked in multiple browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Chrome) and none seem to allow you change the color or placement anchor anymore while in an editing session (although I can change the text itself and the font size).
